How it works at Novel Dental

Patient journey

When you first contact us, expect to be greeted and assisted by our friendly reception staff who will provide you with all the relevant dental forms.

First Appointment

Upon completing your forms, you will be offered a dental appointment that will be booked at your convenience, you will receive a full dental check-up and x-rays if clinically required by your dentist and you will be provided with a no-obligation dental treatment plan, including a breakdown of treatment costs.

Treatment Plan

Your treatment plan details clearly everything you can expect from our service, and the costs involved. You will have as much time as you need to ask questions and consider your options – including dental finance. Once you have confirmed you’re happy with your treatment plan, treatment can proceed – in some instances during the same appointment, especially if the dentist needs to eliminate pain. In other cases, you may need to return for a future appointment at a convenient time.

Post Treatment

You will be sent home with a clear understanding of what you need to do to keep your teeth and gums clean and infection-free. Your dentist will set a personal recall for you for follow-up checks and hygiene appointments and will endeavour to see you as soon as possible if you have any concerns following your treatment.
